Auckland Council presents Auckland Heritage Festival, from 23 September to 8 October 2023. Inspired by 50 years since anti-nuclear protests were embraced by the nation, this year's theme is Peace, Love and Protest. Explore the events that defined who we were then and who we are now - from learning how protests throughout our history have shaped our national identity, to the ways we came together during significant times of joy and celebration.
