As part of our Latin American Fiesta, we invite you to follow the Tapa Trail, a curated map of local eateries, between 3-5pm each serving a unique, limited-edition "Chili Tapa" inspired by the bold flavours of Latin America!
From the smoky depths of chipotle to the bright zing of jalapeño, our village chefs have crafted bite-sized masterpieces to celebrate the "Day of the Chilli."
