We have over 1000 free parks located within a 5 minute walk inside the Village -conveniently throughout  with three parking areas Highbury Mall, Birkenhead Square and Rawene Road Carpark (access from Mokoia Road & Rawene Rd) and onstreet options throughout:

Discover The Shore with a AT Hop Day Pass

Pick up a $18 daily AT Hop Day Pass ($10 for the hop card) (which offers you an easy one-purchase ticket for your entire day's travel - includes bus, ferry or train). Purchase from Queens Wharf, Fullers Ferries, Britomart or bus drivers. Bus - Birkenhead Transport

Serving the Birkenhead and North Shore community for over 75 years. This family run business is a key part of the Birkenhead village infrastructure. From Auckland city catch the cream and black/or more recently blue buses Birkenhead Bus 973 or 974 departing from Quay St (opposite the Harbour Control Building - 50 metres west of the Ferry Building on the opposite side of the road). You can also catch the 955 and 958 bus where you get off at the top of Onewa Road just before Auto Super Shoppe.
Buses depart every 20 mins Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm and Saturday and Sunday every 40 mins.

Inner Harbour Ferry

Catch the 15 minute ferry to and from Auckland city Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 11pm (every half hour approx). Weekends refer to: www.fullers.co.nz for sailing times. Ph 09 367 9111.
