Awards in 2019.
Designed & Created by our very own Kat Matich locally of Balloon Decor with a Twist!   We are very priveleged to have this magical creation in the Village this year usually Kat is jetting offshore to compete globally in these prestigious awards. Silver Lining Village! Silver Lining!
